ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PROCESS ORE RECYCLING

The article is devoted to the economic evaluation of technologies for producing marketable products for disposal of tailings primary processing of ores. She explains the concept of the development of mechano-chemical technology of extraction of metals by leaching in a disintegrator. We consider the theory and practice of mechanochemical extraction of metals from ores and provides an economic assessment. To expand the scope of the recommended technologies, it needs to be improved. The problems of improving the speed and completeness of extraction of metals remaining after the primary, is the reasoning and scientific description of the new methods of intensification of metal leaching into the disintegrator. The essence of the above is the following: the scope of the breakthrough technology of waste-free extraction of metals from necrosis wretched raw materials can be improved by the use of new and emerging technologies, based on the increase of energy processes. Emphasis is placed on the method of determining the effectiveness of new technology to give economic, environmental and strategic advantages
