A marginal genre in editorial sense, poetry, which occasionally declared itself « inadmissible » (Denis Roche), seems to find today legitimacy and recognition through a different approach from that of the standard edition. Often associated with other forms of art, it seems to thrive, on the occasion of various events and festivals, as « scenic » poetry (oral poetry, « performance », slam ...). But it is also at the symbolic level that it seems to revive itself.
