Solo exhibition, Richmond Art Gallery, BC, Canada 11 September - 16 November, 2008 This installation takes the form of a garden comprised of four inter-related installations. Each combines aspects of landscape, architecture, installation, video and furniture and is dedicated to a fictional character. These characters are representative of particular ideas connected to “holding together” social space. The “Patron Saint of Waterskiers” section, for instance, explores balance, common belief, questions of shared agency and the maintenance of tensions creating social connections.
