This article explores the love poetry of Kasprowicz, Franki and Karmański. It presents their common threads and underlines the differences that arise from the authors’ individual perceptions of love. The love is being emerged from various scopes that lead the characters to reckless decisions. In spite of their common suffering of souls, the act of suicide seems to be the only way to let it go. All the poetries are filled with desperate ambience. It is the battle of extreme feelings and search of relieving death. The lack of hope is the reason for the characters’ drama.
