Ownership reduction for the protection of the environment in the context of sustainable development

The article deals with the issues of ownership reduction for the protection of the environment in the context of sustainable development. To identify the subject, the publication discusses the different concepts of ownership as well as the concept of sustainable development. Next, reference is made to ways to reduce property rights in connection with the protection of the environment on the examples of Germany and Spain. Subsequently, evidence of ownership restrictions for the protection of the environment are presented against the backdrop of Polish legal regulations. Ultimately, reference is made to compensation as an instrument of restitution for restrictions on ownership.Uniwersytet w Białymstok
