DOIAbstract
Despite the geographical proximity the political systems in Poland and Ukraine are quite significantly different in perception of the role of the Executive Power in the creation of law and the assessment of individual types of activities. In the western doctrine of constitutional law, the system of normative acts of the executive branch is accepted as almost natural. For this reason, quite simply, we cannot see any, even minor, derogative constitutional regulations on this matter.
