The Internet has become an important functional space of a modern child. The latest research conducted by “Eurobarometr” presents that 75 percent of children (between 6-7) use the NET, but tests done by children’s parents show that their child can become the innocent victim of a seducer. This article concentrates on different aspects of home’s regulations of the usage of the Internet by children at the age between 9-2. Presented article tries to answer a few questions. What is the aim of adults to regulate the usage of the Internet by children? What are the usage rules of the Internet and are there such rules? How are they established? Are such rules essential in every home
