Probability-theoretical models of the unit contacting process of abrasive granules and the workpiece surface, of the removal of metal and forming the quality of the surface coating while processing profiled surfaces by loose abrasives are calculated. Regularities of forming velocity and stress fields of the granulated abrasive media under the direct computerized modeling are specified. A design technique for processing profiled parts is worked out. The technique permits to provide minimum time of processing due to the rational choice of operating environment characteristics and operating modes
