Pendahuluan: Mutu pelayanan merupakan tingkat baik dan buruknya suatu pelayanan yang dapat diberikan oleh pemberi pelayanan. Penilaian mutu pelayanan dapat dilakukan menggunakan dimensi ServQual yang meliputi kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, rasa peduli dan bukti fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi dan gambaran penilaian pengguna mengenai mutu pelayanan di Poli Gigi Puskesmas Bogor Timur Kota Bogor. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei.
