(1) Background: When pulp exposure occurs, reparative dentinogenesis can be induced by direct pulp capping to maintain the vitality and function of the tissue. The aim of this work was to assess the cytotoxicity and bioactivity of three different direct pulp capping materials, calcium hydroxide (Life®), mineral trioxide aggregate (WhiteProRoot®MTA) and calcium silicate (Biodentine™), in an odontoblast-like mouse cell line (MDPC-23).
