This research study aims to understand how literature influences on the education processes of teachers. We focused on four auto-biographies from teachers of various teaching levels enrolled in a lato sensu graduate program in teaching at a private university in the state of São Paulo during 2011. From thirty auto-biographies, which reveal particular memorable events during education, we chose those which mention experiences of literature during the education process.
