Add to ORKGThe purpose of this research to determine the characteristics of organic milk, produced in Türkiye, in terms of linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid, CLA, arachidonic acid, EPA, DPA DHA and emphasive the importance of study by Consumer health and national income. In this study, organic milk produced in Türkiye was examined for fatty acid compositions mentioned above. The study was also included conventional milk produced in Türkiye and both organic and conventional milk produced in Austria for comparisonal purposes. The analysis of fatty acids were done by gas chromatography technique.
