This thesis consists of six chapters. The rst chapter is devoted to the introduc- tion section. In the second chapter, we have given about the basic concepts of dual number and D modül. In the third chapter, in the 3-dimensional Euclid- ean space the properties of rectifying curves were investigated. In the fourth section, in the Minkowski space Frenet formulas of curves were obtained and the properties of rectifying curves in the Minkowski space were investigated.
