Described tandem mass spectral libraries in high resolution (HR-MS/MS) for eicosanoid panel. Also, the file provided information about collision energy, molecular formula and common name, as well theoretical mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of precursors and fragments ions (illustrated by chemical structures). Experimental spectrum showed numerical values that correspond to the m/z (x-axis) and relative intensity (y-axis) for each detected metabolite.
