This dataset comprises neural responses to a set of speech sounds from several brain regions. Auditory nerve data was simulated using a computational model of the auditory nerve. Also included are multi-unit extracellular recordings or responses to the same stimuli in the inferior colliculus and auditory cortex of anaethetised guinea pigs.</p
