The representation of genetic diversity of all study isolates of clonal complex (part A), and detailed representation of cc11 isolates (part B), cc22 isolates (part C), and isolates from other clonal complexes (part D). The study isolates from the Czech Republic are marked with squares coloured according to the study intervals and with numbers under which they are deposited in the NRL collection of N. meningitidis isolates.
