This study investigated how the moral domains of moral reasoning, moral emotion and moral behaviour mediated the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) by a small group of secondary school students aged 15-16 years old. The study’s main aim was to provide further understanding of adolescents’ moral development, taking into consideration the relationship between morality, ICTs and pedagogy. The first outcome of the study is a Digital Moral Framework (DMF) that parents and teachers can use to foster moral practices and address moral challenges faced by secondary school students while using ICTs.
