SNPs were identified relative to the Bd21 reference genome. Those SNPs that were unique to the Yrr1 DNA pool (ie. absent in the yrr1 DNA bulk sequence) were mapped to Bd21 reference chromosome sequences. Each data point is the number of unique SNPs identified relative to a 100 kb window of the reference chromosome sequence. A large peak of SNPs unique to the resistant DNA bulk was detected at 29Mb on chromosome 4.</p
