Comparison of CD spectra of 36 G4-oligonucleotides in the presence of G4 ligands, TMPyP4 and NMM. Fifteen μM DNA oligos were annealed in the presence of 10 mM Tris-HCl [pH 7.5] and 100 mM KCl buffer with or without 30 μM TMPyP4 and NMM (DNA to chemical ratio 1:2). Each spectrum was an average of 3 accumulations in the wavelength range between 230–320 nm. The spectra were blanked with buffer only. Note that the sequences of GQ28 and GQ37 were identical, as GQ29 and GQ36.</p
