CORM-2 treatment down-regulates the gene expression of Nox2 and B1R in the spinal cord from STZ treated animals.

The relative gene expression of Cybb (Nox2) (A) and Bdkrb1 (kinin B1 receptor) (B) in the spinal cord of Ctrl and diabetic mice treated with vehicle or 10 mg/kg CORM-2 for five consecutive days are represented. Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM of n = 5 samples per group.
