IAV triggered autophagy in HPMECs.

HPMECs were infected with either IAV H1N1 (A) or H9N2 (B) at an MOI of 1. At 24 hrs post infection, cell lysates were prepared and analyzed for SDS-PAGE, followed by a western blot analysis with antibodies specific for LC3-I/II, NP and Atg 5. Quantitative analyses of the LC3-II/LC3-I ratios in either H1N1 or H9N2-infected cells were shown in the lower panels (** p<0.05; ***p<0.01).
