(A) Western blot assays showed that decreased Oncostatin M, JAK2 and STAT3 phosphorylation in MG-63 and MNNG/HOS cells after resveratrol treatment for 48 h. (B) Western blot assays showed that CD133, p-Akt, p-PI3K and NF-κB proteins were gradually reduced with the treatment of gradient resveratrol accordingly. GAPDH was used as loading control.</p
