Cytokine levels in lung samples after RSV challenge.

The levels of (A) IL-4, (B) IL-5, (C) IL-6 and (D) TNF-α were determined in the lung homogenates day 5 post RSV challenge by a cytokine ELISA. Results (n = 5) are presented as mean ± SEM and representative of duplicate experiments.
