Magneto2_ShamNoStim

Fluorescence recordings of HEK293 cells transfected with Magneto2.0, loaded with Fluo4, and not exposed to any external stimulation. For each field of view, there is a RFP image (tif) used to locate the transfected cells, and a Fluo4 movie (tif stack) showing the calcium activity in cells. Each file is named as "date_slide#_field of view#_condition".Corresponding dates and slides are found in the "Magneto2.0 ShamStim" folder, with data collected on the same slides but on different field of views.
