There were no findings in 2014 (a); however, lumbar disc protrusion and disc degeneration were noted at the L5/S1 level in 2015 (b: →), and at the L4/5 and L5/S1 levels in 2016 (c: ⇒). The degenerative changes were irreversible at this point.
