Thapsi_MagStim

Fluorescence recordings of HEK293 cells transfected with Magneto2.0, loaded with Fluo4, incubated 30 minutes with 1 uM thapsigargin and exposed to a magnetic field. For each field of view, there is a tif image showing the transfected cells (RFP) , and a Fluo4 movie (tif stack) showing the calcium activity in cells. Each file is named as "date_slide#_field of view#_condition".Corresponding dates and slides are found in the "Thapsi_NoStim" folder, with data collected on the same slides but on different field of views.
