ABSTRACT The application of gypsum in areas under no-till system can influence the characteristics chemical properties of the soil profile and increase soybean productivity. This work was conducted in order to evaluate effect of gypsum in soybean productivity in an Argissolo and Latossolo in the Paraguai. The experiment was carried out in the municipalities of Minga Porá and Itakyry, using randomized block design with six treatments (0, 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600 kg ha‒1 of gypsum) and five replications were installed.
