<i>In vivo</i> DC trafficking from the lung to MLN is reduced in offspring of TCDD treated dams.

(A) At maturity, developmentally exposed offspring were infected with IAV (HKx31). CFSE (8mM) diluted in PBS was instilled (i.n.) 54 h after infection.
