CD11c+ cells (DC) were enriched from the MLNs of adult offspring from dams that were exposed to vehicle control or TCDD. The heat map shows significantly differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in DC from vehicle or TCDD exposed offspring 3 days after IAV infection (HKx31) based on the average log2(fold change) relative to naïve DCs from 3 replicate samples per group and are ordered from most significantly up-regulated to most significantly down-regulated in the vehicle group. Genes were considered significantly different between vehicle and TCDD groups when p ≤ 0.05. All offspring within a group are from a separate dam (n = 12 mice per replicate, 3 independent replicates per group). Underlying data can be found in S1 Data.</p
