Blood cells treated with endotoxin (LPS E.coli), allergen (DP-e) or their combination. sMD-2 was measured from supernatants. The samples without addition of activating substances served as a control. The cytokines expression was evaluated using ELISA. n = 8, *- statistically significant (p<0.05) difference from control, Mann-Whitney U-test.</p
