Survival and disease-free survival time of patients with or without specific gene mutations were analyzed using Kaplan-Meier curves. These 19 gene mutations, two gene mutations negatively associated with survival (DNAJC2 or MMRN2), and two gene mutations positively associated with survival (DRD3 or ZNF560) were analyzed. Overall survivals is shown in A-C while disease-free survival is shown in D-F. Red lines indicate mutation positive while blue lines indicate mutation negative. P-values were obtained from Log rank test.</p
