The mDC response to MOPV and LASV is modulated by coculture with T cells.

mDCs were infected with MOPV or LASV or were uninfected and cultured for 24 (A-C) or 48 h (B) with T cells. mDCs were analyzed by RT-qPCR (A-C) or flow cytometry (B).
