The hazardous organic waste generation in teaching and research laboratories suppose a big problem in education. In this work we report and experimental measurement of waste generation on the chemical education laboratories of our department. The data set released includes the results of the experimental measures and PTML models including chemical, operational, and academic factors for 6050 cases of laboratory practices vs. practices of reference. </p
