The number of neutrophils counted from light sheet fluorescence images of larval zebrafish after exposure to 150 μg/ml LPS for 0 (control), 2, or 24 hours. At 2 hours post-exposure, there was no discernible difference between the LPS-treated group and the control group. At 24 hours post-exposure, the LPS group displayed an increase in mean neutrophil count of 1.2 ± 0.1.</p
