The CD3/CD19 ratio was significantly higher in lung cancer than sarcoidosis (p U-test). In contrast, the CD4/CD8 ratio was significantly higher in sarcoidosis than lung cancer (p U-test). The Treg cell/CD4 cell ratio was not statistically different between sarcoidosis and lung cancer.</p
