Cell migration of GD2+ cells was slower than other transfectant cells in time-lapse imaging.

(A) Calculation of relative migration velocity of cells. Cell migration was observed by a confocal laser microscope. X- and Y-position of cells at each time was recorded and migration distance was calculated. Relative migration velocity of a cell was calculated by dividing total migration distance by whole recording time (min). (B) Examples of plots of migrating cells recorded for 20 h. (C) Relative migration velocities of various ganglioside-expressing cells. The average of relative migration velocity of each transfectant was calculated using migration velocities of individual cells.
