STUDY OF JOB SATISFACTION OF TELEMARKETING OPERATORS

Satisfaction levels at work in countries that were previously considered reference by high levels of job satisfaction are lower now. Whether due to economic crises or even by the depreciation of human capital, whether in the public or private sector; the satisfaction with the profession when low, can cause major problems not only by the administrative and functional point of view, but also in health and employee welfare. Considering this, the aim of this study was to measure and analyze through the Job Satisfaction Saurvey (JSS), the level of job satisfaction of telemarketers. The results present the dissatisfaction of the worker in various aspects such as payment, benefits and contingent rewards. Emphasizing in the end, the need for companies in this sector, that employ over 1.3 million people in Brazil, work and develop methods to bring their employees to feel satisfied and motivated with the work they perform.
