Time course of CR ratio following administration of saline or PAI.

PAI solution diluted 4-, 6-, 8-, or 16-fold with saline and saline solution as a control were administered to rabbit eyes, followed by washing with saline 10 seconds later. At 0, 10, 30, 60, and 120 min after the initial administration, corneal epithelial damage was measured by a CR device.
