The IgG antibody response in BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice after aerosol exposure to B. pseudomallei (A) HBPUB10134a, (B) MSHR5855, or (C) 1106a. Blood was drawn from mice (N = 5 for each time point) after exposure to B. pseudomallei strains when possible after 1, 2, 3, 7, 10, 14, 21, 28, and 60 days. ELISA was performed on the sera at least once in triplicate for each group of BALB/c (blue bars) and C57BL/6 (orange bars) mice and IgG titer reported as the geometric means with the standard error of the mean depicted.
