Various studies have been previously conducted on the diagnosis of lymphadenopathy as benign or malignant, but, in those studies to date, the results varied among studies. Those studies were not described to inter-rater agreement on the EUS features of lymphadenopathy. In this study, we evaluated inter-rater agreement on the EUS features and we proposed EUS diagnostic criteria for lymphadenopathy based on inter-rater agreement
