Purpose: Investigate the suitability of mobile devices to deliver drug information content to 4th, 5th and 6th year medical students, searching for opportunities to improve drug information access or content to best support medication-related decision-making. Method: Participants undertook a baseline online survey prior to gaining access to the mobile drug information resource, and a second survey towards the end of the project. A small group of students were interviewed mid-way through the project. Question themes covered technology, smartphone and information use, and user experiences.
