3T3-L1 pre-mature cells were allowed to proliferate in DMEM media in the presence (various concentrations) and absence (control) of ELECk. the lipid droplets accumulated in mature 3T3-L1 cell were observed with the help of a phase contrast inverted microscope (Nikon, Tokyo, Japan) and photographed with Scion Image software (NIH, ML, USA) at 5 random sites.
