This repository contains all data, R code and associated functions to replicate analyses presented in Fecchio et al., Climate variation influences host specificity in avian malaria parasites (Ecology Letters). You can either use the versions of analysis files that have already been generated and supplied to jump straight to the analysis section (Appendix S3) or can follow the step-by-step instructions given in the pdf files for Appendices S1 and S2 to re-generate these analysis files. A number of specific R libraries are needed to complete the analyses.
