Zipped archive allowing reproduction of the results in the associated paper, in which we fit different models of microbiome recovery to experimental data from individuals receiving antibiotics. This archive contains all the analysis code (R and Stan); data files of reanalyzed datasets; and an Rmarkdown file (with associated cache) reproducing all main results figures in the paper. N.B.
