(A) Reactivity of sera from immunized rabbits to the V3 loop was analyzed by ELISA of overlapping 15-mer peptides corresponding to the V3 loop of the AC10_29 isolate. Peptide sequences are shown and the 447-52D epitope is indicated. (B) Reactivity of sera from immunized rabbits to the gp41 ectodomain was analyzed by ELISA of overlapping 15-mer peptides corresponding to the gp41 ectodomain of the AC10_29 isolate and one peptide with the LR1C1 sequence. Peptide sequences are shown and the 4E10 and 2F5 epitopes are also indicated.</p
