Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the effect of time and storage temperature on the values of ALT biochemical measurements in 60 samples of serum and plasma of dogs divided into two groups: RG (refrigerated group, at 5 ºC) and FG (frozen group, at -20 ºC) for 96 hours analyzed at six moments and up to 60 days examined at five moments, respectively.
