Objective: This paper aims to identify, during the educational process, the development of the ability to work in multidisciplinary team, during regular or electives disciplines, in the view of students. Methods: This is a descriptive study that used the procedure collects a semi-structured questionnaire directed to graduates of the School of Dentistry, Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The data were evaluated based on descriptive statistics. Results: The results indicate that interactions with the community in real-world scenarios, in the construction of everyday experiences and significant help in the reflective learning process.
