TMRM fluorescent accumulation in two niPSC lines shows an increase in mitochondrial activity compared to primed PSCs, where the signal was barely detactable. MitoTracker stains all mitochondria, while TMRM signal is dependent on mitochondrial membrane potential. Scale bars 50 µm
