This manual serves as a guide in the process of acquiring dexterity and skill in laboratory methods. It aims to assist students in mastering the understanding of basic concepts and to develop a basic array of (i) technical and analysis skills, (ii) experimental design and, (iii) the ability to make conscious distinctions/correlations between physiological observations and molecular data analyses.
