Read-count data for genome-scale CRISPR-Cas9 screens performed in MUG-Chor1 and UM-Chor1 chordoma cell lines. Data for three biological replicates per cell line are provided. Each file corresponds to a sequencing technical replicate for the three biological samples. The reference pDNA batch for these screens is batch 2. Read counts for batch 2 pDNA can be found in the raw_readcounts file in avana_public_18Q4 at https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.7270880.v1.</div
